Who can order on silk.in?

silk.in can be used by anyone above the age of 18 years, privat or commercially.
To assure that your choice is right, we strongly suggest to obtain sample cuts
before placing any order.

As we supply you direct from India our freight costs are a little higher, but we can offer you our fabrics at very attractive rates.

Can I order directly from your website?

Yes, you can order direct on the website after registering yourself.

Is there any showroom to see all the items offline?

There is the possibility to visit our office to see all items in "real life".
We will be pleased to welcome you in our office close to Hamburg.
You can visit us from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Do you have a printed catalog?

To be able to always present the most recent products to you and for ecological reasons we do not have a printed catalog.
You find our products right here online and you can order the desired samples, too.
We are not participating in fairs and trade shows as the additional expenses would be added straight to the offered products, what we do not want.

Is there a minimum order volume?

Yes, we only sell full and half rolls.

Are there any additional costs occurring?

The freight costs include the transport from our warehouse in India to your doorstep and import handling by TNT.
Additional import duties and other import costs ( Country Specific ) will have to be paid from your side as buyer.
