Our orders are shipped worldwide by TNT Express.
We accept orders from Australia, Canada, Japan, United Kingdom, United States, and all EU member countries.
Orders from any country not mentioned above will be processed only after re-confirmation.
We charge shipping fees according to actuals.
For all orders you will get a confirmation mail with all details and have to reconfirm it to enable dispatch.
The shipping costs however do not include any duty or other importing costs.
Current Shipping Time
On average, orders are processed in 5 - 7 business days. This does not include actual delivery time it takes the courier to deliver your package to your destination.

Returns
Our merchandise is sold on a "satisfaction guaranteed" basis. That means that the merchandise you purchase on this web site can be returned, and your money will be refunded.
For all fabric returns a 20% restocking fee is assessed.
For that reason, we strongly suggest that customers obtain swatches before making a final decision.

Returns sent COD or collect or with insufficient postage will not be accepted. We cannot provide refunds for merchandise we have not received. You may want to consider requesting a return receipt when mailing merchandise of substantial value.
When your return is received, we will issue a refund to your customer account for the value of the merchandise returned and sales tax, if any. Our general rule is that we do not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice.
